Jay Lauf

Jay Lauf is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in media and publishing. Currently, Jay serves as Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Charter since October 2020, and holds senior advisory roles at stck.me and Enquire. Previously, Jay was at Quartz from September 2012 to December 2019, where leadership positions included Chairman, co-CEO, President & Publisher, and SVP, Publisher. Jay’s earlier career includes a role as Publisher at The Atlantic and various publishing positions at WIRED, including National Advertising Director. Jay's professional journey began at Sumner Communications as Group Publisher. Educational credentials include a BA in English and History from Connecticut College and studies at Durham University.
