Jonathan Shames is an experienced advisor and board member with a diverse background in finance and strategic consulting. Currently serving as an advisor at Opalvest and holding positions such as Chairman of the Audit Committee at Blue Owl Real Estate Net Lease Trust and Senior Advisor at MorganFranklin Consulting, Jonathan provides critical insights into business challenges. As Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee at River Bend Golf and Country Club, as well as Chairman of the Advisory Council at Enquire AI, Jonathan plays key roles in enhancing organizational efficiency and financial strategies. Formerly with EY for nearly four decades, Jonathan led the Geostrategic Business Group and served as Global Client Service Partner for Private Equity, demonstrating expertise in navigating complex geopolitical landscapes and client relationships. Jonathan holds a BA in Economics from Colgate University and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
