Mark Lerdal

Mark Lerdal has held several key positions in various companies in the energy, technology, and investment sectors. Mark started as an Alternative Energy Adviser at Northleaf Capital Partners in 2016 and left in 2023. From October 2019 to March 2022, they served as an Independent Director for Allied Minds. Similarly, they were an Independent Director for Southern Current LLC from January 2020 to July 2022. Mark was also a Non-Executive Chairman for GI Dynamics since August 2020. Mark Lerdal also served as an Operating Partner for Lacuna Sustainable Investments starting in November 2021. From September 2020, they were an Independent Director for BluePath Finance, Inc. Mark Lerdal joined Empower Energies, Inc. in October 2019 as their Chairman of the Board. Mark was a Director for PROOF Acquisition Corp I from November 2021. Finally, Mark Lerdal is set to become the Chief Executive Officer of Global[X]Digital in March 2023.

Mark Lerdal earned their AB in Economics from Stanford University in 1981. Mark then went on to attend Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where they obtained a JD in 1984.
