Michael Beaton

Michael Beaton, BA, QTS, currently serves as a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Allied Health Professionals (AHP) at Globe Locums since July 2017. In this role, Michael focuses on the recruitment of Speech and Language Therapists, Dietitians, and Podiatrists within a Crown Commercial Service framework. Prior to this position, Michael worked as a locum Special Educational Needs Teacher across various locations, including London, Australia, Japan, and Thailand, catering to children and young adults with complex needs. Earlier experience includes a teaching role at Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee School, where Michael managed a class for children with special and complex needs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Michael’s career began in tree care as an Arborist, showcasing a diverse professional background.
