Lynn Cano

Lynn Cano, CTRP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of compensation, incentives, benefits design, and workforce planning. Lynn started their career at Globe Telecom in 2002 and held various roles, including Head of Rewards and Remuneration Management and Director of Performance and Rewards Management. During their time at Globe Telecom, Lynn managed total rewards, conducted salary benchmarking, and designed short incentives. In 2013, they moved to Globe Group and took on the role of HR Business Partner and Director of Productivity and Rewards, where they oversaw total rewards, workforce planning and analytics, and managed the compensation, incentives, and benefits design. Lynn's most recent position at Globe Group is as Vice President of Compensation Benefits COE, a role they assumed in January 2022.

Lynn Cano, CTRP, completed an M.S. Management Engineering (units only) from the University of Santo Tomas from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. Industrial Engineering from the same institution from 1987 to 1992. In addition, Lynn has obtained multiple certifications including "Sustainability for Design, Construction, and Manufacturing" from LinkedIn in 2023, and "Talent Strategy: Hiring, Engaging, and Rewarding A+ Talent" from Emeritus in 2022.
