Manuel Brecio, Jr., PECE, LPT, is a seasoned telecom professional with over 21 years of experience at Globe Telecom, currently serving as the Head of Access Network Management. With a solid background in Access Network and Facilities Management, Manuel has led various successful initiatives, including transmission contingency plans and automation projects, while receiving multiple commendations for outstanding performance, including the Leader of the Year award in 2017.
