Therese Valmonte

Therese Valmonte is a Senior User Experience Design Manager at Globe Telecom, specializing in user experience strategy and execution across Globe’s web ecosystem since March 2022. In previous roles, Therese has effectively led customer experience optimization at TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno and has contributed to user experience design for notable clients as a User Experience Design Manager and Designer. Additional experience includes consultancy roles for Kumu and Lexagle, as well as a founding design role at Dapat Studio, focusing on social impact solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from De La Salle University, a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, and a recent program in Experiencing Brands Through Interaction Design from the School of Visual Arts. Therese serves as Executive Board Secretary for the Communication Design Association of the Philippines.
