Vincent N. possesses extensive experience in process improvement, project management, and operational excellence across multiple industries. Vincent began a career with SPi Global as a Training Supervisor in 2006, advancing to an Operation Support Supervisor role. A tenure at Convergys as a Business Process Coordinator focused on continuous improvement and Six Sigma projects. From 2011 to 2013, Vincent held the position of Assistant Support Manager at Resorts World Manila, where responsibilities included process mapping and project management for engineering improvements. At Accenture, Vincent served as Continuous Improvement Lead, defining process strategies and performance measures.
