Von L. is a Project Manager for ICT, Government, and Creative Industries with extensive experience in executive, administrative, and planning roles. Having served as a National Security Specialist II at the Office of the President and as an Executive Assistant and Planning Officer IV at the Department of Information and Communications Technology, Von L. is adept at managing complex government initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Manager for Wholesale and Government at Globe Telecom. Von L. earned a Master in Public Affairs with a focus on Strategic Planning and Policy Studies from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and has completed a Digital Cyber Bootcamp at The Australian National University.
