Andy FitzGerald began their work experience in 1984 as a Broadcast Engineer at Television South West. Andy then joined EuroNews in 1992, where they held multiple roles including Head of Recopie Transfert and consultant role in Nodal.
In 2000, Andy joined SIS Link as an Uplink Engineer Training and later moved to BT France in 2001 as a Satellite Engineer.
Andy then joined Arqiva SAS in 2007 as the MCR Operations Manager, where they managed a team of 9 technical customer support staff.
Currently, Andy works at Globecast since 2018, initially as a Customer Service Engineer and later promoted to the position of Manager of the Occasional Use Contribution Team. In this role, they directly supervise a team of 18 technical customer support staff and the manager of the bookings team.
From 1989 to 1996, Andy FitzGerald attended The Open University, where they pursued a Bsc degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and French.
