Basil Elswaify

Basil ElSwaify has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Basil started their career as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the German University in Cairo in 2008. Later, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Sykes Assistance Services Corporation from 2010 to 2011. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Business Development Team Lead at AMSOL (Automation Management Solutions). In 2014, they joined Dubai Media Incorporated as a Projects Engineer and remained with the company until 2022. In 2017, Basil became a Strategic Manager at Synapse Analytics, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Digital Solutions Architect at Globecast since January 2023.

Basil ElSwaify earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Western University. Basil attended Western University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Basil obtained a Bachelor's degree in the same field from The German University in Cairo, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Basil has also obtained two certifications. In 2022, they completed a Data Visualization with Advanced Excel certification from PwC, and a Strategic Management certification from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI).
