Delphine Hedin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Delphine started their career at BT Broadcast Services as a Business Development Manager from March 1999 to March 2000. After that, they joined GENSAT as a Pre sales Engineer and Project Manager from April 2000 to July 2004. Following this, they worked at IXcom France as a Business development and Project Manager from July 2004 to December 2005. In 2006, Delphine became the owner of JADE Telecom until April 2011. From April 2011 to December 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Engineer at Globecast, and then became the Head of Customer Service from January 2015 to October 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Technical Management Center at Globecast, starting from November 2018.

Delphine Hedin obtained their Diplôme d'ingénieur from Telecom Bretagne in the years 1997 to 1999. Delphine then pursued further education at IMT Atlantique, where they obtained their Ingénieur généraliste - Diplôme Télécom Bretagne in 1999. No specific field of study was mentioned for either degree.
