Basant Khaled is currently a Senior Pre-Authorization Ambulatory Service Agent at GlobeMed Group, where they validate medical cases and check eligibility related to insurance policies. Previously, Basant has held roles such as Claims Approver at Unicare-Egypt, where they coordinated between departments and handled customer requests, and Community Pharmacist at both El Nawawy Pharmacies and Dr. Mohamed El Imbaby Pharmacy, dispensing medications and providing over-the-counter advice. Basant began their career as a Medical Representative at UNIPHARMA Egypt, promoting medications to various healthcare providers. They earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Cairo University in 2019.
