Wallace Cheng

Wallace Cheng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within notable organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Impact, Innovation and Development at Globethics since April 2023, Cheng specializes in artificial intelligence and fundraising. Previously, as an Agenda Author at the World Economic Forum since September 2015, a Strategic Partnerships Officer at the World Food Programme from October 2019 to April 2023, and a Senior Consultant at UNCTAD from November 2018 to September 2019, Cheng has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation and resource mobilization. Cheng also held the position of Head of Global Initiatives at the ICTSD International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development from August 2006 to October 2018, focusing on sustainable development and multilateral negotiations. Academic credentials include a PhD in International Relations from Fudan University and an MSc in Social and Economic Policies from the University of Oxford.
