Michael Miller has held various positions in the past. Michael began their career in 1993 as a Production Manager at Precision Fab Products, where they assessed supplier needs, determined product specifications, diplomatically resolved customer complaints, performed time studies on production equipment, managed projects using engineering principles and techniques, maintained all material resources, and worked under pressure in a fast-paced environment. In 1999, they became an Engineering Tech. at A.O. Smith. In 2003, they joined the Ohio National Guard as a Squad Leader. In 2009, they became a Consultant at Rich Roofing, where they successfully executed sales trainings, product knowledge, and presentation techniques, developed individual strategies for attacking and penetrating customer needs and providing solutions, maintained contact throughout the process to ensure customer satisfaction, created drawings, estimates, and material lists, and was responsible for scheduling appointments, inspections, and responding to customer concerns. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Professional Sales Representative at Globus Printing & Packaging.

Michael Miller attended Edison Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Business Management with a focus on Sales and Marketing. Michael then continued their education at Southern New Hampshire University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA with a focus on Program Management. In addition, they obtained the TS LAN 500 Optical Fiber Installation Training certification in April 2006.
