Lisa QIAN

Lisa QIAN has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2002, they started their career at Accton Technology as a Product Analyst/Manager, where they were responsible for product analysis and planning of wireless products. In 2007, they joined Digital China as a Senior Product Line Director, overseeing the brand expansion strategy and product life-cycle management of the wireless product line.

In 2013, Lisa became the Head of Shanghai Office at CEO Global Educational Foundation, where they managed daily operations and focused on the development of educational courses in universities. Lisa also worked as a Senior Project Manager, handling guest speaker volunteer resources and building relationships with universities.

From 2018 to 2019, Lisa served as the Director of The Expatriate Center (TEC) in Shanghai, responsible for the overall development strategy and daily operations of the organization. Lisa worked in an international and cross-cultural environment, setting and implementing TEC's annual plans and goals.

Lisa has also worked in coaching and consulting roles. In 2020, they joined Lee Hecht Harrison as a Senior Career Consultant, Executive Coach, and Facilitator. Lisa provided professional coaching and mentoring services to clients in various career stages, focusing on mindset, behavior, strategy, leadership, communication, and other areas impacting performance. Lisa also worked as a Business Coach and Performance Coach at GloCoach.

Since 2020, Lisa has been an Executive Director at the Global Chinese Coaching Institute (GCCI), where they cultivated coaches and promoted the growth of the coaching industry. Lisa provided coaching and mentoring services to talents in career beginning, career transition, and mid-career challenges, focusing on perceptions, behaviors, relationships, strategic issues, and overall ways of being.

Lastly, since 2021, Lisa has been a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp, where they bring powerful transformation to individuals and workforces globally. Lisa serves as a Career Growth Coach, Navigating Uncertainty Coach, and Sales Mindset Coach, helping people pursue their lives with greater clarity, purpose, and passion.

Lisa QIAN completed their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Fudan University, with a duration from 2013 to 2018. Lisa also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Fudan University, completed from 1998 to 2002.
