Martin Daffner

Martin Daffner has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Martin began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they held various positions and demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. Martin then joined Avery Dennison as the Director of Innovation, overseeing the company's Asia Pacific businesses and leading the establishment of their Research Center in Shanghai.

In 2012, Martin joined Cisco as a Senior Innovation Architect, where they developed and implemented an Innovation Maturity Model across Cisco Services, providing valuable expertise to key clients. Martin left Cisco in 2014 and founded Innobrix in 2017. As the Managing Partner of Innobrix, they established award-winning accelerator programs within major corporations and later transitioned to a new venture advisory role.

Martin also served as an Adjunct Professor at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, teaching Strategy and Entrepreneurship. In 2017, they joined the Fung Group as a Senior Vice President, leading business transformation initiatives and optimizing strategic capability within the company.

In 2020, Martin took on the role of Consulting Team Lead and Digital Library Lead at GloCoach, a talent development organization. Their responsibilities included building and leading the consulting team and implementing digital asset libraries and frameworks to support the company's rapid growth.

Later, in 2010, Martin Daffner continued their academic journey by simultaneously enrolling in two universities. Martin attended the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In the same time frame, they also studied at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management.
