Alan Jones

Alan Jones has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Alan worked as a Freelance Web Designer and achieved the position of Lead Web Designer at la Dolce Vita Pousada and Pousada Lagamar. In 2016, Alan joined Conduit Global as a Customer Service Representative and was later promoted to Trainee Assistant Team Leader. Alan then joined Glofox in 2017 and held various roles including Customer Support Representative, Technical Support Specialist, Web Developer, and Technical Support Manager. Currently, Alan is serving as the Engineering Team Lead at Glofox. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in web development, technical support, and customer service.

Alan Jones completed their education from 2000 to 2004 at St. Finians College, where they obtained a Junior Certificate in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Alan later pursued a Portuguese Language Diploma from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2014 to 2015. From 2016 to 2020, Alan attended Technological University Dublin, where they earned a degree in Computer Science International. Alongside their formal education, Alan obtained additional certifications including ICS Membership from the Irish Computer Society in 2019, M001: MongoDB Basics from MongoDB in 2018, and a TEFL certification from Global Tefl UK in 2013.
