Matt Smay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational growth. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partners at Gloo since June 2014, Matt focuses on empowering individuals and organizations to foster growth through digital solutions. Prior to this role, Matt co-founded Missio, aiming to inspire the Church's missional spirit, and established Missio Publishing, which disseminates resources focused on missional practices. Additionally, Matt co-founded Adullam, fostering communities that celebrate and leverage diverse life stories for communal benefit. Matt holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Vanguard University of Southern California, complemented by studies at UC Irvine.
