PAOLA RAMIREZ

Paola Ramirez has a diverse work experience in various roles. PAOLA is currently working at GlossGenius as a Senior EA for the CEO & CTO, where they are responsible for improving the efficiency of the engineering organization and supporting key operational initiatives. Prior to this, Paola worked at LUISS Business School as Chief of Staff and also pursued an MBA. PAOLA also served as Chief of Staff at Azteca Comunicaciones Colombia, providing strategic and operational support to the CEO. Earlier in their career, Paola founded Paradiso Gourmet, where they managed planning, budgets, and project development. PAOLA also worked as a Project Director at Arkemill S.A and as a Business Development Manager at Union Pacific Limited, focusing on logistics, transportation, and product distribution.

Paola Ramirez's education history begins in 2001 when they attended Universidad Externado de Colombia. PAOLA studied Finanzas y Relaciones Internacionales and graduated in 2006. During this time, their focus was on finance.

In 2018, Paola attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana for a short period to pursue a degree in Organizacion de eventos Corporativos, with a concentration in Relaciones públicas/Gestión de imagen. This program lasted only one year.
