Sera Koo

Sera Koo is a skilled product designer currently working at GlossGenius, where they focus on creating innovative design solutions. Prior to this, Sera held positions at notable companies, including Cash App as a Staff Product Designer and Lyft as a Staff Designer for Transit Bikes and Scooters. Sera also served as a Senior Product Designer at Spotify and an Experience Design Lead at Airbnb. Sera began their career as a Lead User Experience Designer at Civic Resource Group and completed an internship at IDEO in Interaction Design. They hold an MFA in Interaction Design from the School of Visual Arts and a BA in Studio Art and French from Wellesley College.
