Aileen Taboy

Aileen Taboy is the current Head of Regulatory Affairs at Glossier. Aileen has over 8 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, with a focus on brand expansion and new product launches. Prior to their current position, Aileen was the Executive Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care, where they managed the regulatory operations for two sister brands: June Jacobs Spa Collection and Naturally Serious Skincare. Aileen has also worked as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Shiseido, where they were responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all cosmetic regulations in domestic and international markets. Aileen is a highly skilled and experienced regulatory affairs professional with a proven track record in the cosmetics industry.

Aileen Taboy has a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs with a concentration in Product Development & Marketing from Northeastern University. Aileen also has a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine, Psychology with a minor in Chemistry, Classics from the University of Arizona.
