Sarah Milo is an accomplished sales and planning executive with extensive experience in the retail and beauty industries. Currently serving as VP of Sales at Fresh since June 2024, Sarah has previously held significant roles at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, including VP of Commercial & Planning and AVP, Planning from March 2019 to May 2024. Sarah also worked at rag & bone in various capacities from January 2014 to October 2018, contributing as Buying Director, Direct to Consumer, and Director, Global Wholesale Planning, among other positions. Earlier experience includes roles at Free People, Shopbop.com, Cole Haan, and The Mitchell Madison Group, with a focus on merchandise planning and analysis. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University, obtained in 2005. Alongside professional endeavors, Sarah is a devoted mother of two young boys, Henry and James.
