Enrique Aceves is a seasoned marketing technology professional with extensive experience in enterprise marketing and analytics. Currently, as Managing Director and Head of Enterprise Marketing Technology at TIAA since October 2020, Enrique is responsible for unifying marketing tech stacks across TIAA, Nuveen, and TIAA Bank and has established enterprise-level teams focused on MarTech, AI, and Analytics. Prior to TIAA, Enrique served as Vice President and Head of Marketing Analytics & Data Strategy at Nuveen, where the first Marketing Analytics function was established. Enrique began a career at PIMCO, advancing through various roles including Manager of Analytics & Strategic Initiatives, and also held positions at Harvey & Company LLC as a Senior Analyst. Enrique holds a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from UC Irvine and multiple associate degrees from Mt. San Jacinto College in disciplines including Mathematics and Behavioral Science, along with education from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.
