Walter Ha

Walter Ha has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are a Founding Partner and the Chief Strategy Officer at Gloves.com starting from January 2021.

Prior to this, Walter worked at Bluedot Innovation for three years, from June 2017 to July 2020, as the Global Head of Sales. In this role, they led the global sales team and managed accounts across North America, UK, and APAC. Walter successfully established the enterprise sales model, developed operational processes, and built teams from scratch, resulting in significant revenue growth within a span of 2.5 years.

Before joining Bluedot Innovation, Walter held multiple positions at FiveStars, starting as an Account Executive from September 2012 to May 2013. Walter then served as a Sales Manager from May 2013 to December 2013, followed by the role of Regional Manager, West Coast from January 2014 to February 2017.

Additionally, Walter gained experience as an International Trade Analyst at the US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration, from June 2011 to March 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at DVR Services from June 2009 to March 2011.

Walter Ha's education history includes two undergraduate degrees from the University of Washington. The first degree they pursued was a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, with a concentration in the Political Economy of Development.
