Mar Blanco

Mar Blanco is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations. Currently serving as Sr People Partner at Glovo since April 2021, Mar has progressed through various roles within the company, demonstrating expertise in people management. Prior to Glovo, Mar held multiple recruitment positions at Revolut, focusing on corporate and commercial services. Experience also includes roles at New Look, where talent acquisition efforts targeted e-commerce, IT, and marketing functions, as well as coordinating people operations at thredUP and serving as a people coordinator at JUST. Mar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and has completed a Certificate Program in Project Management and Human Resources Management at the University of California, Berkeley.
