Mark Jacobs is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in telecommunications and IT recruitment. Currently serving as a Sr. Recruiter at Glow Networks since April 2020, following its transition to The Altruist Group, Mark has previously held significant positions at CSS Corp as a Sr. Recruiter and Lead Technical Recruiter. Mark's recruitment expertise includes sourcing senior-level network engineers and project managers, as well as managing technical teams at various companies such as Fusion Solutions, LLC and Networkers. Mark began a career in telecommunications as a NOC Engineer with Glow Networks and has since accrued a diverse background in both technical and sales engineering roles. Mark holds a BA in Independent Studies from Columbia College and an Associate's Degree in Electronics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
