Mike Huang

CEO at Glow

Mike Huang is the current CEO at Glow. Prior to this, they were the Director of Product Management at Google from August 2010 to November 2012. Mike has also worked at Oracle as the Group Product Manager from January 2003 to December 2005. In this role, they increased product adoption rate by 75% through analyzing customer usage to understand key user requirements and implementing them into product functionalities. Mike was promoted to Group Product Manager within two years, faster than any peer in the same organization. Mike then moved on to work at Slide from January 2005 to August 2010, where they were eventually acquired by Google. As the Executive Vice President, Slide Asia/Vice President, Product, Mike successfully produced experimental products such as Disco group chat messenger and Prizes.org, a web/mobile marketplace for best ideas. Disco messenger achieved the highest growth rate among all Slide products. Prizes.org reached (and maintained) over 40% retention rate.

Mike Huang holds a BS in Mathematics from The University of Georgia and an MS in Operations Research, Applied Statistics from North Carolina State University.
