Evgeny Vilkov

Evgeny Vilkov is a Lead Data Architect and Practice Technical Director at GlowByte Consulting, with over 19 years of experience in the software development life cycle, including business analysis and data warehousing. They have significant expertise in a variety of technologies and tools, having worked on 50+ projects, ranging from "Giga" to "Peta" scale, particularly in MPP and Big Data systems. Their previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at MegaFon and Software Developer at the Far East Railroad Data Center. Evgeny also has taught Information Technology classes as a part-time Senior Teacher at Saint Petersburg’s State University of Economics and Information Systems. They hold a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Khabarovsk State University of Transportation.
