Mikhail Shulgin is a seasoned professional in business consulting and project management, currently serving as the Head of Startup Initiatives at GlowByte Consulting since May 2020, specializing in business analytics, predictive and optimization modeling, custom development, BI reporting, data warehouse creation, and process mining. Prior roles include Project Management Director at Angara Technologies Group, where Mikhail focused on operational digitization, crisis management on key projects, and team development, and Head of the Financial Responsibility Center at I-Teco, managing operational activities and integrating financial processes. Mikhail’s career began with operational leadership at Компьюлинк, overseeing a finance center of over 200 employees.
