Michael O'Donnell

Michael O'Donnell has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering and management roles. Michael has worked at companies such as Glowforge, Sunoptics Skylights & Daylighting Systems, Wunder-Bar, Celera Motion, G&W Electric Co., Bison Gear & Engineering, Struthers-Dunn LLC, Schneider Electric, Woodward, Inc., and Emerson Power Transmission.

Their most recent position was at Glowforge as the Head of Quality and Manufacturing, where they were responsible for overseeing quality control and manufacturing operations. Before that, they worked at Sunoptics Skylights & Daylighting Systems as the Director of Manufacturing, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.

Michael also has extensive experience as a Director of Engineering and Quality at Wunder-Bar, where they managed engineering and quality control processes. Additionally, they worked at Celera Motion as a Senior Program Manager in the motors and mechatronics department.

Earlier in their career, Michael held roles such as Electrical Engineering Manager at G&W Electric Co., Engineering Manager at Bison Gear & Engineering, and Engineering and Quality Manager at Struthers-Dunn LLC. Michael also worked as a Technical Marketing Manager at Schneider Electric and as a Product Engineer at Woodward, Inc.

Before entering the workforce, Michael gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Emerson Power Transmission.

Michael O'Donnell attended William Fremd High School from 1990 to 1993. In 1994, they enrolled at Kettering University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, completing their studies in 1999.
