Daniel White

Senior Animator at Glowmade

Daniel White has a diverse range of work experience in the animation industry. Daniel started their career as an Animator at Hothouse Creations, where they worked on various projects, including Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit DVD game and Crime Life: Gang Wars game. At Frontier Developments, they created realistic hand-keyed body and facial animations for an unreleased title. Then, they joined Electronic Arts as an Animator, primarily focusing on the implementation of cameras, motion, and facial capture performance data for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince game. Daniel also worked on Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix game, creating in-game animations for movement systems, idle, conversation, and combat systems. Daniel later worked at Supermassive Games Ltd as a Senior Animator, where they contributed to multiple titles for PS3, PS4, and PSVR, specializing in realistic bipedal, creature, and cartoony animation styles. Daniel collaborated with game designers and coders to develop interactive, locomotion, combat, and idle animation sets. After that, they joined Double Negative as a 3D Animator, where they worked until 2018. Lastly, Daniel took on the role of Animator at Milk Visual Effects before transitioning to their current position as Senior Animator at Glowmade in November 2018.

Daniel White attended the University of Hertfordshire from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a BA (hons) degree in Digital Practices.
