Gopalakrishna Shetty

With over 13 years of experience in finance and accounting, G.K. Shetty and his supporting team are responsible for overseeing the company’s end-to-end accounting and administrative functions, including internal and external financial audits.

G.K. manages the preparation and finalization of account records, including interim financial reports and budgeting needs. He is also responsible for corporate compliance with all statutory, reporting, and regulatory requirements, as well as ISO regulatory standards from a financial perspective. In executing these duties, G.K. collaborates with legal advisors, internal and statutory auditors, and the external company secretary.

G.K. also plays a crucial role in vendor management, selection, and negotiations, and advises senior management in framing the GlowTouch’s Corporate Social Responsibility policy.
