Patrick Becka

Patrick Becka has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Patrick worked as the Vice President of Product Development at GlowTouch Technologies, where they focused on improving customer experience, mentoring development team leaders, and expanding products into international markets. Prior to that, Patrick served as the Director of Product Development at the same company, leading the division and using lean startup principles to identify promising products. Patrick also worked as an Adjunct Full Professor at Webster University, teaching courses in analytics and applied business statistics. Additionally, Patrick worked as an Independent Contractor/Consultant, providing consulting services in the franchise industry and facilitating meetings for focus groups and strategic planning sessions. Patrick also held roles as a Visiting Professor and Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Southeast and as a Project Manager at Governor's Office for Technology. Patrick's earlier experience includes positions as a Project Leader at Appriss, where they managed multiple large projects, and as a Project Manager at Papa John's International, where they helped transform the company by leveraging technology as a competitive advantage. Patrick began their career as a Programmer at American Greetings.

Patrick Becka completed coursework for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Decision Sciences and Information Systems at the University of Kentucky. Patrick also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Louisville, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics. Initially, Patrick completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) program in Mathematics at Case Western Reserve University but received their degree from the University of Louisville. Patrick has also obtained certifications in Product Owner (Open) from Scrum.org and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
