Scott delivers best-in-class service to multiple GlowTouch clients, drawing upon his 17 years of BPO experience supporting Fortune 500 companies. At GlowTouch, he is responsible for client strategic account planning, delivering key performance metrics, thought leadership, and driving increased value to our clients and their customers.
Scott is passionate about improving the customer experience via thought leadership, and providing process and delivery improvements tailored to each client’s specific needs and wants. In partnership with his colleagues, Scott brings all of GlowTouch’s corporate wisdom to bear, which results in reducing unnecessary contacts, deepening client relationships, and driving additional value in all client and customer interactions.
Scott is a known and proven leader in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, with a deep, practical understanding of how to best support all aspects of the customer lifecycle. His ultimate focus is to improve the overall BPO experience and has successfully done so on behalf of industry leaders including Stream Global Services, Convergys, and Concentrix.
