Amanda Soh

Amanda Soh is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel at GLP since November 2018, after holding positions as Legal Counsel - Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to GLP, Amanda worked at Deutsche Bank from October 2015 to October 2018 as APAC Wealth Management Counsel, where recognition included the Outstanding Service Leader Award from the Global Head of Wealth Management. Earlier legal experience includes an associate role at Allen & Gledhill LLP in the Corporate and Commercial Department and an internship at Merrill Lynch focusing on equity products. Amanda's areas of practice encompass Banking, M&A, Equity Derivatives, Regulatory and Compliance, and IT. Amanda holds a Law LLB from UCL and completed A Levels at Raffles Institution.
