Daniel Barker currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer for GLP, having joined in April 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel Barker spent nearly two decades at PwC as an Equity Partner in Capital Markets, where extensive expertise was developed in due diligence, financial reporting, and auditing. Daniel Barker advised both public and private companies across various industries and successfully executed numerous corporate finance projects, including divestments, initial public offerings, bond offerings, mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, and private placements in key markets such as the US, UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Educational achievements include credentials from the University of Oxford, the Association of Corporate Treasurers, ICAEW, Westminster School in London, and the Singapore Institute of Chartered Accountants.
