Echo Liu

Echo Liu is an Associate Director at GLP, where they serve as the Legal Head for the IDC business segment. Prior to this role, Echo worked as a lawyer at Beijing Zhonglun Law Firm and Shanghai Huiye Law Firm, focusing on real estate investment and mergers. They began their career as a researcher at the Shanghai Municipal Policy Research Office, specializing in national cybersecurity strategies and policies. Echo holds a Master's degree in Litigation Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
