Le Ma is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT strategy across various industries, including consumer electronics, eCommerce, logistics, automotive, banking, and shipping. Currently serving as VP and Head of China Digital Technology at GLP since November 2021, Le Ma oversees the digital transformation strategy and program portfolio management. Previous roles include APAC IT Director at Honeywell, where responsibilities included leading the IT organization for the PMT business unit, and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on digital and business strategies. Le Ma has held key positions at Microsoft, General Electric, and GE Energy, with a strong track record in implementing and managing large-scale IT projects such as Oracle ERP systems. Le Ma holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Zhejiang University.
