Max Xue

Max Xue is a General Manager for the Southern Region at Pingan Real Estate Industrial and Logistics, a position held since 2018. Previously, Max served as the Leasing and Marketing Development Manager at Windsor Property Management from 1998 to 2006, where notable achievements included significantly increasing occupancy rates and leading the marketing strategy for a new housing compound. Max has also held various roles at Global Logistic Properties, focusing on leasing strategy and customer relationships, and gained extensive experience in property management early in their career at Shanghai Links. Max earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1998.
