Richard Allington

Richard Allington is currently the Asset Management Director UK at GLP, a role they have held since 2023 after previously serving as a Technical Asset Manager. They have an extensive background in asset management, having worked as a Real Estate Asset Manager at Amazon UK from 2016 to 2020 and as an Associate Director at JLL from 2003 to 2016, where they managed diverse client mandates across various commercial property portfolios. Earlier in their career, Richard served as a Facilities Manager at Johnson Control from 2000 to 2003, overseeing service contracts for ExxonMobil. Richard holds a BA (Hons) in Hospitality & Business Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, achieved in 1998, and completed GCSEs and A Levels at Charterhouse from 1989 to 1994.
