Els Kinable

Els Kinable has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and research fields. Els started their career as a French Teacher before transitioning to roles in economics research and the healthcare industry. Els held positions at Roche and Novartis, where they worked in various managerial roles, including Global Real World Data Lead and Global Evidence and Launch Excellence Senior Manager. Els also gained experience as a statistician in oncology at Novartis, where they conducted data analysis and interpretation and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Els has also worked as a research intern at the Biostatistics Department of Erasmus MC and as a HEOR intern at Pharmerit International. Currently, they hold the position of Evidence Generation Lead at Galapagos.

Els Kinable's education history is as follows:

- From 2005 to 2007, Els attended Leiden University and completed a Pre-University College program.

- In 2007, Els enrolled at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration. Els completed this degree in 2010.

- In 2009, Els took part in an undergraduate exchange program at the University of Washington, focusing on Economics.

- That same year, Els also attended the University of Amsterdam, where they pursued a minor in Public Administration.

- In 2010, Els returned to Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed a Pre-Master's program in Econometrics & Management Science.

- From 2011 to 2013, Els pursued a Master of Science in Econometrics & Management Science from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

- Between 2016 and 2019, Els attended The University of Sheffield, where they obtained a Diploma in International Health Technology Assessment, Pricing and Reimbursement.

- In 2020 and 2021, Els studied at King's College London, focusing on Neuroscience at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience. Els received a Certificate in Neuroscience.
