Eric Dollins

Eric Dollins is an experienced leader in regulatory affairs with extensive expertise in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Regulatory Affairs for North America and Global CAR-T Lead at Galapagos since January 2025, Dollins previously held the same title at Adaptimmune and Genocea. Prior to roles in industry, Dollins worked at Merck KGaA in various leadership capacities related to regulatory affairs and early development technologies, and at the FDA as Team Lead in the Division of Cellular and Gene Therapies. Dollins began a career in academia as a Post-doctoral Fellow at Duke University after earning a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the institution and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Oklahoma State University.
