Fatih Erkan

Fatih Erkan is a highly experienced technology leader with a strong background in systems engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Director, Business Partner, Senior Lead for Technology at Galapagos since June 2023, Fatih oversees the architecture and development of the Manufacturing Execution System (xCellit) for CAR-T Cancer Therapies. Prior experience includes roles at Philips as Sr. Systems Architect & MBSE Lead Consultant, where Fatih led the application of Model-Based Systems Engineering across healthcare businesses, and positions at Vanderlande as Lead Solution Architect, responsible for organizational MBSE strategies. Earlier career achievements at Aselsan as Senior Systems Engineer involved designing and integrating air defense systems and communication equipment. Fatih holds a Master's degree in Signal/Audio Processing and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi.
