Frédérique van Acker

Frédérique van Acker is a Preclinical Safety Leader and Screening Toxicology Expert at Galapagos, where they focus on toxicology screening and early derisking strategies. With over 25 years of experience in toxicology and drug development, Frédérique has held various roles, including Senior Consultant at 3D-PharmXchange and Study Director at both Schering Plough and NV Organon. They earned a degree in chemistry from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where they also completed their PhD. Their extensive expertise includes in silico and in vitro toxicology assessments.
