Gilad Beck

Gilad Beck, PMP, is a highly experienced professional in the field of cell and gene therapy, currently serving as the Regional Head of Site Management for the USA at Galapagos since July 2024. Prior to this role, Gilad held significant positions at Orgenesis Inc. as Site Head and Operations and Manufacturing Director from February 2022 to July 2024, and at Orgenesis Biotech Israel Ltd, where as Process Development Team Lead and Project Manager, Gilad successfully led a team in transitioning immunotherapy processes from R&D to production. Earlier experience includes supervisory and engineering roles at Pluristem Therapeutics, with notable contributions to the manufacturing process of mesenchymal stem cells, and positions at Biological Industries Sartorius and Evogene focused on manufacturing and validation. Gilad holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Ruppin Academic Center, earned between 2008 and 2011.
