Judith Raaijmakers

Judith Raaijmakers currently serves as the Global Head of Site Strategy and Engagement at Galapagos, focusing on developing a global network of decentralized manufacturing and clinical trial sites to expedite patient access to CAR T-products. Prior to this role, Judith was the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead at Galapagos and held multiple leadership positions at Novartis Nederland, including WEC Medical Franchise Lead for Solid Tumors and Therapeutic Area Head for Oncology, where Judith fostered team engagement and drove strategic initiatives across the oncology product lifecycle. Judith's earlier experience includes roles at Novo Nordisk B.V., Het Smulhuis, and various research and educational positions, all supported by an academic background in Biomedical Sciences from Universiteit Utrecht, where Judith graduated with honors.
