Milton Hernandez is an experienced leader in quality assurance and compliance within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, currently serving as the Head of Supplier Quality at Galapagos. With a robust background that includes roles such as Sr. Director at Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Celgene, Milton has extensive expertise in quality strategy, regulatory compliance, and management of quality systems across various manufacturing sites. Previous experiences include managerial positions at Actavis, SCHERING-PLOUGH / MERCK, and Verizon, coupled with military service in the United States Marine Corps, demonstrating a diverse skill set in both technology management and engineering. Milton holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
