Yufei Xiang is a seasoned clinical leader with over twenty years of experience in health care, clinical research, and business development. They currently serve as the Head of Early Stage Development for Cell & Antibody Therapy at Galapagos and have previously held key leadership roles at Gracell Biotechnologies and Q&L Medical LLC. Yufei has also contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at Penn State University and has extensive experience in clinical operations and strategic consulting. They earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Lehigh University.
