Caitlin Clark

Caitlin Clark is a Senior Research Associate at GLSEN. Caitlin has worked in the field of education for many years, starting as an Instructor at the University of Texas at Austin. Caitlin then became a Doctoral Student at the University of Texas at Austin, researching gender and racial attitudes. After that, they worked as a Head Teacher at Cardinal Spellman Head Start. And finally, they became an Evaluation Analyst at Austin Independent School District. Throughout their career, Caitlin has been passionate about making sure all students have access to a quality education.

Caitlin Clark received a BS in Human Development from Cornell University. Caitlin then went on to receive a PhD in Developmental Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.

Their manager is Joseph Kosciw, Director of Research. They work with Adrian Zongrone - Research Associate, Nhan Truong - Senior Research Associate.
